CONSTRUCTION
* Pump Head Assembly (Above ground mechanism) consists of three sub
assemblies: Conversion head, Water tank and Pedestal.
Fully fabricated steel construction duly hot dip galvanized . Also available
with different mounting arrangements.
* Cylinder assembly Consisting of Cast iron body lined from inside with
seamless brass liner of 63.5 mm I.D . Gun metal valve components and
nitrile rubber cup seals capable of giving discharge of 0.4 litres per
stroke of 125 mm. Brass / Stainless Steel Cylinder available in 3 different
inner diameters of 50 mm, 63.5 mm and 76 mm to suit discharge requirements
of 0.2, 0.4 and 0.4 liters per stroke.
* Connecting rod 12 mm dia x 3 Meters long mild steel electro-galvanized
with hexagonal coupling.
* Riser Pipe (Drop Pipe) 32 mm N.B. x 3 Meters long G.I. medium with
socket at one end.

CORROSIVE
WATERS
Underground sub assemblies are offered in non-corrosive material to
handle corrosive water situation.
a) Connecting rod of 12 mm dia x3 Meters long with coupling, made of
stainless steel (AISI 304 grade).
b) Brass or stainless steel Cylinder assembly.
c) UPVC riser pipe 48 mm OD x 6 mm wall thick x 3 Metres long with threaded
coupling welded on ends.
VARIABLE
DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS
a) Brass / Stainless steel Cylinders in 3 different inner diameters
of 50 mm, 63.5mm And 76 mm available to suit discharge requirements
of 0.2, 0.4 and 0.45 liters per stroke.
b) Cylinders to suit longer strokes also available on request.
OPTIONS
Stainless Steel Cylinders:- If ph value of water is more than
8, then use of stainless steel cylinder and stainless steel connecting
rod is recommended for India Mark II, India Mark III and Indian Mark
II Extra Deepwell Hand pump.
Universal:- These cylinders can be used to in India Mark II as
well as in India mark III, for 50mm and 65mm. Since the same plunger
valve and check valve (made of gun metal) are used in both types of
hand pumps, there after, there is less requirements of inventory for
maintenance.
Riser Pipe:- Upvc 60mm dia pipe- being corrosion free it can
be used with 50mm open top cylinder with the help of specially designed
threaded male and female pvc couplers which can stand requisite load
during operation.
