Ajay Industrial Corporation Ltd. is
one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of hand pump, hand well water
pump in the world manufacturing one of the widest ranges of Hand pump.
In-house tool room and development center ensures new developments at
lightening speeds and negligible costs. The company enjoys high level of
vertical integration owing to its tooling development division, UPVC Pipe,
Layflat & Suction Hose extrusion plants and injection molding units
which form an integral part of the Hand Pump system as a whole.

- Static Water level require 10 mtr - 15 mtr
- Stroke length more than 500 mm due to Buoyancy Handle with come upward itself no force required to lift Handle.
- Discharge - 21 liter in 30 stroke in one minute
- Casing Size : 88 mm up to 18 meter, then 48 mm below 18 meter.
- For easy maintenance, it can be disassembled with the help of two combination spanner even two female can repair it easily.
- All below ground components are made of UPVC (i.e. Riser Main, Pump Rod, Upper and Lower casing)

- Connecting Rod - Mild Steel or Stainless Steel in 3 meter length.
- Rising Main Size 32 NB MS GI Riser Pipe or Ø 38 mm x2mm SS Pipe or 40 NB UPVC Pipe with Coupler or 40 NB UPVC with SS Socket and Nipple in 3 meter length
- Above Ground Structure (Pump Stand, Head, Handle, Water Tank etc.- (Mild Steel with hot dip galvanized)
- It can lift water upto 8 -10 meter above ground level.
